Description

Products in which cocoa is mixed with other ingredients (usually fat-based) to prepare a spreadable paste that is used as a spread for bread or as a filling for fine bakery wares. Examples include: cocoa butter,1 fillings for bonbons and chocolates, chocolate pie filling, and nut-chocolate based spreads for bread (Nutella-type product).
