Description
Ready-to-eat products prepared from fish or fish portions, with or without further dressing in eggs and bread crumbs or batter, that are fried, baked, roasted or barbecued, and then packaged or canned with or without sauce or oil.1 Examples include: ready-to-eat fried surimi, fried calamari, and fried soft-shell crabs.This page provides information on the food additive provisions that are acceptable for use in foods conforming to the food category.
