Description
Prepared by the physical removal of water from fruit nectar or its starting materials.1 Sold in liquid, syrup and frozen forms for the preparation of a ready-to-drink nectar by addition of water. Examples: pear nectar concentrate and peach nectar concentrate.This page provides information on the food additive provisions that are acceptable for use in foods conforming to the food category.
