Description
Fruit that is steamed, boiled, baked, or fried, with or without a coating, for presentation to the consumer. Examples include: baked apples, fried apple rings, and peach dumplings (baked peaches with a sweet dough covering).This page provides information on the food additive provisions that are acceptable for use in foods conforming to the food category.
