Description
Grape wines produced either by: (i) the fermentation of grape must (juice) of high sugar concentration; or (ii) by the blending of concentrated grape juice with wine; or (iii) the mixture of fermented must with alcohol. Examples include: grape dessert wine.1This page provides information on the food additive provisions that are acceptable for use in foods conforming to the food category.
