‘Knowledge = Prevention’ is the key message of a World Food Safety Day campaign in Albania

To celebrate and raise awareness for World Food Safety Day 2020, the National Food Authority in Albania published some information materials on its website and Facebook account. Written in Albanian, the materials feature tips for a safe diet and explain how consumers can safely prepare and store food. They also explain why – the ways that these actions prevent the spread of foodborne disease.
