To prepare a discussion paper on the possible requirements or criteria for developing tolerance levels (action levels) for compounds in tissues due to the unintended or unavoidable carryover of authorized veterinary drugs in feed and their transfer from feed into food of animal origin and to use nicarbazin as a pilot case.
