Guidelines for design, production, issuance and use of generic official certificates (CXG 38-2001)

These guidelines provide guidance to countries on the design, production, issuance and use of official certificates to attest that food presented for international trade has met the importing country requirements relating to food safety, and/or ensuring fair practices in the food trade.
