Residue definition:For compliance with the MRL and for estimation of dietary intake for plant commodities: Fluopyram. For compliance with the MRL for animal commodities: Sum of fluopyram and 2(trifluoromethyl)benzamide, expressed as fluopyram. For estimation of dietary intake for animal commodities: Sum of fluopyram, 2(trifluoromethyl)benzamide and the combined residues of the E-olefine and Z-olefine isomers of fluopyram, all expressed as fluopyram. Although fluopyram (parent compound) is fat-soluble, the 2-(trifluoromethyl)benzamide metabolite (the major component of the residue) is not fat soluble.
