White sugar, dextrose anhydrous, dextrose monohydrate, fructose (11.1.1.0)
Description
White sugar is purified and crystallized sucrose with a polarisation of not less than 99.7oZ. Dextrose anhydrous is purified and crystallized D-glucose without water of crystallization. Dextrose monohydrate is purified and crystallized D-glucose with one molecule of water of crystallization.
