Description

Condensed milk is obtained by partial removal of water from milk to which sugar may have been added. For evaporated milk, the water removal may be accomplished by heating.1 Includes partially dehydrated milk, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and khoa (cow or buffalo milk concentrated by boiling).
