National monitoring systems – foodborne hazards in the food chain
Slovakia as a member state of the European Union is oblidged to collect data on the occurrence of zoonoses, zoonotic agents, AMR, animal population and food-borne outbreaks. EFSA examines these data and publishes annual EU Summary Reports in cooperation with the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC).
